Most People Try To Fix The Visible Behaviour

They try to stop drinking. They try to stop eating rubbish. They try to force better sleep. They try to be calmer. They try to have more discipline. They try to become the sort of person who wakes up with meal prep containers, perfect boundaries and a fucking gratitude journal.

Then real life hits.

This Is Not Vague Life Coaching

In a reset session, we look at what is happening in your real life, not the polished version you tell people when you do not want to worry them.

We look at the mechanism underneath the behaviour. What loads the system? What state are you in before the loop starts? What is your sleep doing? What is your food doing? What is pain doing? What is stress doing? What is your internal voice defending?

Because once you can see the mechanism, you stop treating the symptom like the whole problem.

I do not coach from theory. I coach from lived experience, pattern recognition and practical tools that work in real life, not in a polished wellness fantasy.
